Ladies, why not we try to increase simple ibadah such as dua, istighfar, sedeqah just to stabilize emotional storms during monthly red-days. Whenever you feel confused, stuck, or overwhelmed, make istighfar. Whenever you feel focused, moving easily, and successful, make istighfar.
